I absolutely loved Shadow of a Dark Queen Serpentwar Saga, Book 1! The plot was thrilling and kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. I couldn’t put it down! The characters were well-developed and had me invested in their journey. Me, as a fantasy lover, this book satisfied all my cravings and left me wanting more. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!
Katie was a great addition to the story, her fierce determination and strong will made her one of my favorite characters. Her relationship with Pug was heartwarming and added an extra layer of depth to the story. I couldn’t help but root for them throughout their adventures. The world-building in this book is top-notch, I felt like I was right there alongside the characters in Midkemia.
Let me just say, Shadow of a Dark Queen Serpentwar Saga, Book 1, exceeded all my expectations! This book had everything I could ask for – action, magic, romance, and even some comedic relief. The writing style was engaging and easy to follow along with. Raymond E. Feist is a master storyteller and he has definitely gained a new fan in me with this book.
